What makes C-Clubs Different that a typical metal club? Our clubs are meant to be hit from rough surfaces like concrete or pavement. While traditional golf club are made for turf, ours are more softer and flexible making it versatile when playing the city
Can C-Clubs be used on a Traditional course? Well, we wouldn't recommend it considering it isnt legal to use. But if you happen to have a C-Club and hitting off the cart path send us a video! Use #PathWedge
How do i take care of my C-Club(s)? Store in areas with good temperature not to hot or cold and clear out debris from your grooves after your sessions.
ORDERS/SHIPPING/RETURNS
Shipping locations? Only the United States during the soft launch but we will be expanding this summer!
Warranty? 90 days on OEM clubs and 180 days for custom clubs. Proof of purchase needed. Excludes cosmetic wear but includes repairs or refund for manufacturing defects (without alteration)
Return policy? Returns accepted after 30 days for unused products in original packaging. If something is wrong with your order let us know so we can make it right. we're here to help.
Payment methods? We accept all major payment method (Shopify default)
COMMUNITY
How can i further immerse myself in the Street Golf community? we could tell you to buy or products, but that's not true. Community comes from sharing and circulating. Tell your friends, bring it to the local communities, post your sessions. its all about sharing your story and how you express it.
Can events be hosted with Concrete Fairways products? We support local events, pop up matches, and collabs. reach out if you'd like to partner or feature your event.
Who (or what) is New Golf Flow? NewGolfFlow is our brand ambassador & a representative of what we think the street golf culture should look like. As seen on social media platforms @NewGolfFlow
Does NewGolfFlow host events or do content collaborations? Yes, event hosting's and charity events. As well as creative collabs with filmers, artists and communities interested in street golfing
